To whom it concerns, to Travis, Harris, etc., respect for City officials can not be compromised under any light or circumstances - even for those looking to wear old shoes...
Names of City officials are not mistaken and not without custody.....I, for one, seem to flank uncouth presence as a penetration of public design, 'social contract' and expectations, but it is your responsibility to find out who your leaders are and what they look like, and it is your destiny to know the owners of the property under the sweat of your management and their persuaded rights.
In the interest of Justice and public service, bearing the weight of the persons of interest involved, especially material cases of identity and histories of the cities - including staircase context of poor houses, there are hardly any excuses to pretend that you or they or ourselves are not unaware of the resources of the State and the County at all times.
