upon New York

The duty of the many to the few is acting with favor that the majority can only be said to rule by evidence.

This is not always the case, not always the case for New York CITY straddled between a 400 year history and a search for new meaning.

Half of the buildings downtown has been argued by experts is no longer useful and should be condemned.

The cost of the redevelopment is at least a trillion over a useful long span. We can argue that there are other remedies but like old watchtower that slower ebbs, we are certain New York is past and history but still hold the light for the greater generation.

I am confident that a 25 year plan may begin the argument that it is possible to salvage what is left of New York, if not for the City for the State with all its hopes for the new empire gasping furiously on the great and unyielding Island.

Should we move the Seat of United Nations to Twin Towers, perhaps we may turn aside the issue of Railways....
