One of the books that recollect some of the stories in the Bronx and New York, is the book by Philip Alcabes (2010) Dread, considering what the early CDC workers attempted to achieve with HIV and how some of the jokes about HIV did not shy from the social stigma of those who were called freaks or in the 60’s bums, who suffered all kinds of malfunction in the body and were essentially housed elsewhere. In his chronicle on HIV he pointed to an early date made by CDC released in September 1982, that “Homosexuals or bi-sexual makes – 75%, intravenous drug abuser with no history of homosexual activity – 13%, Haitians with neither a history of homosexuality or intravenous drug abuse – 6%, persons with hemophilia A with no other risk factors – 0.3%, and persons in none of the other groups – 5%.” Whereas anyone could get the virus he argues, it was simply the most dreaded thing partly for the fact that there was no cures at the time, but largely for the social stigma that was associated with it. Many of the Black and Hispanic in New York did not see that the virus capable of infecting black as well, they loathed the virus as a white-man diseases who like in the ass.
 But before long, it was gradually shown that Blacks were gradually gaining up to others despite being one of the smallest groups of minority in New York. For Asians and African, they were largely hung over on the transamination of the viruses through Gay Communities in New York, since they loathed these communities; they were easily vulnerable to the viruses.  Although New York in times past may have entertained the arrival of diseases and other infectious disorder, it is has lead the fights against dangerous diseases, against Polio and Influenza, against diseases; both airborne and waterborne which some travelers and immigrants brought to New York, in which several places such as Randall’s Island, New York, served as the repository for those dead or dying, remain the quarantine when there is instances of such cold and influenza in all classes of respect and decorum. The modernity of New York as now and then appears on the world map and its visible schools of medicine where not always the case, for at least we can set our eyes on the formidable FDR days, whose efforts as Governor of New York and eventually president proved a watermark for the attitude of the public to issues of health. It would not mean that the anointing of Harlem River drive heading the F.D.R was named after for political reasons, but combating Polio by forces affiliated with his office such Bob O’Connor makes the faithful date of CDC necessary tools towards the growth in health we have seen over the years.

Using Victoria A. Harden ‘(2012) historical précis on the origins and pathology of HIV , “…humoral immunity is made up of immune system cells called B cells (because they originated in the bone marrow.) When a B cell encounters an antigen, a molecule or substance that is foreign to the body (such as invading virus), it engulfs the invader to another immune-system cell,  the helper T cell. The helper T Cell secret chemicals called lymphokines that enable the B cell to multiply into plasma cells that secrete specific antibodies, proteins used by the immune system to identify and neutralize foreign molecules that lock onto the invader. The helper T cells also trigger the development of memory cells B cells, which “remember” that particular invader’s immunological signature.”…….”Cellular immunity is the second arm of the immune system….T Cells (named because they are processes through the thymus gland as they mature) are also activated when macrophages “present” an antigen to them. It is not the first time that speculation has led scientist all over the world into unknown areas of interest. At the beginning of the AIDS epidemic in California where the first cases of the Virus were made, much attention of the scientist were in the area of the virus as possible related to Cold Virus and much efforts are the beginning of the epidemics especially in 1985 when it became national problem, were centered on the nature of the Virus and its mode of transmission.

Anthony S. Fauci “We may not ever have an AIDS vaccine in the classical sense of being 95% protective….We still don’t know how, why, or if a body makes a robust neutralizing antibody and T-cell response that can both block acquisition and prevent diseases progression. The reason we don’t know this, is because the body doesn’t do it in natural infection. With other viruses nature tells just follow me and I’ll lead you to a vaccine. With HIV, nature is telling us if you follow me. You are going to be in trouble. We’re going to have a push the envelope with HIV vaccinology in ways that we never had to do before. Harden’s AIDS at 30 A History), and by estimate the direction of the various seem to have changed from its earlier emphasis on the Gay to equatorial forests of Cameroun where a certain Chimpanzee and some mentions monkey were said to have carried the virus…where some of the older strains of the Virus where discovered.  His statement simply echoed the fears of others that ‘we are unlikely even to know all the details of the births of AIDS epidemics’. I, for one, met Fauci in New York in advocating a different Glentil product and there was the occasion to speak for a new product by the Pharmaceutical Industry. The meaning behind the effort made by these Pharmaceutical companies towards the Non-for-Profit organization is that sponsor projects towards new found prescription drugs, and for that there is little independence on the part of the part of the Chairpersons of National Agencies such as NIAID, NCI, and OAR, which may receive additional fund from the State and from the City but the large operational dynamics of the Medical Campaigns including Cancer and AIDS sometimes force the agencies to look for assistance. Victoria Harden (2012) pointing to Africa and describing some of the basic HIV types associated with Africa, seem to summarize her journalistic inquiries and historical analysis on the success and failures of several new drugs. There are other grants by the State and the City and there are other programs such as Multicounty AIDs program (MAP), International Olympic Committee, PEPFAR – President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, FDA, NCI, NIAID (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases) headed by Anthony Faucci, CDC, and PHS, NCI director Sam Broder,  Up John CEO Ted Cooper, Aaron Diamond Researcher David Ho, Fred Robbins, Frank Volvovitz; CEO of Micro-Genesys – Phase II, CDC, and the committee for new trials on HIV backed by Fauci ‘Micro Genesys AIDS’ and the phase I – III, of the AIDS VAX, which are roundly used in California ‘Vax Gen’ and the Vaccine Alvac-HIV….From 1985 – as some people has pointed out – that attention shifted from gathering information on the Virus which preoccupied the minds of the doctors in the early years of the discoveries to something else which was the rumor about the strain of the Virus in several labs in the country.

New England Journal of Medicine published in 1981 with title “Pneumocystis’ Carinii Pneumonia and Mucosal Candidiasis in previously Healthy Homosexual Men – Evidence of a New Acquired Cellular Immunodeficiency.” This caption more than explains the convulsion involved with the new virus, that HIV is ‘...a new acquired cellular immunodeficiency’, means that other forms of immunodeficiency were not unknown and not unfamiliar with Sciences. It will suggest that this was exclusively common among Gay at the time, admits the problems of demonstrating that among the early cases of Haitian immigrants were scores argument on oral thrush and candidiasis. However the weight of the material in Haiti was no nearly as profound as it became some time later, that it means to suggest that Haiti and others, Africans to mention, got written for allegedly harboring and introducing the killer virus and was suspected on introducing the virus to the rest of the world. The theories also throw some light on what early theories could really do to the later studies on a virus and its pathology. The information on the spread of HIV from its early roots to the ends of the modern times has featured all sorts of interesting notes, and may not be said to have exhausted the list. It seems that some of the infections are not themselves caused by HIV, that the virus is considered by many experts to be slow virus not unlike bovine and visna and is not saved by the end products which is cancer causative with due respect to the plaque in the cell or what essentially leads to form nerve wracking, decay and demethylation, for that these viruses which may be classified as retrovirus are not themselves dangerous and are essentially trapped in some restrictive enzymes where they grudgingly make all the damages. We may consider these periods as quite important in vaccination given the proof that it was the baby versions of micro-organism proved useful in helping in human health an RNA that to human DNA is such a way that the structure of the Virus from the mature version would no longer be required. Here we paint a quick brush stroke on the early papers on this virus;

Dogma for HIV
•    It is translated from one person to another through blood and sexual contact showing signs of Rash, Kaposi virus – Michael Gottlieb,
•    It does not transfer from one primate to another – Sampson Onwuka
•    It is a lentivirus – it kills slowly and separate itself from oncogenic viruses because of the Interleukin 2 – Luc Montaigne
•    It is an oncogenic virus and show patterns conceivable close to a strain of cancer which seem parallel to a strain of monkey virus from Zaire - Robert Gallo
•    It is a blood Cancer comparable to the – Sampson Onwuka
•    It refrains from DNA of the host and does not have personal DNA and it has two pieces of RNA – CD4 and Retro-virus – David Baltimore
•    It is Thymus depended – a general dogma and has a tendency to use E. coli and Streptococcus
•    Its formative origins may have started differently – perhaps male to male – primary productive isolation – Sampson Onwuka
•    Vaccination is Contagious – and probably unsafe – Prophage and Age of Bacteria – Sampson Onwuka
•    People do not necessarily die from HIV, they die from opportunistic infection – general dogma -
•    HIV virus is not the only immune deficiency syndrome, auto-immune failures can be induced by drugs and 
•    Use of AZT and other drugs may be useful in decreasing the Course of the Virus and not the rest…Duesberg
